Wobbly Pan Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Wobbly Pan Spanish Bistro (“Wobbly Pan”, “we”, “us”). These Wobbly Pan Terms and Conditions apply when you use wobblypan.com, reserve a table, order online, book catering or party trays, buy gift items, or join our Birthday Club at any of our branches in Metro Manila and Davao City.
By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Reservations & Private Dining
You can book a table or inquire about events through our Reserve / Inquire page. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team.
Please arrive on time. If you are running late, call the branch so we can hold your table where possible. Large groups and private dining bookings may require a deposit or a minimum spend, which we will tell you before confirming.
Online Orders, Delivery & Pickup
All prices on our website are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and may change without prior notice. Menu items and prices may vary by branch, and some items may not be available in Davao City.
Your online order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation. Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or order volume. Please check your order when you receive it and report any issue to the branch right away.
Catering & Party Trays
Our catering and party trays are prepared to order. Some special party tray items need 1–2 days advance order, so please book early, especially for weekends and holidays.
Final guest count, menu, delivery address, and schedule should be confirmed with our team before the event. Changes made close to the event date may not always be possible.
Payments
Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We prepare and dispatch orders only after payment is confirmed, unless agreed otherwise with our team.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Requests to cancel or change an order, reservation, or catering booking must be made directly with the branch as early as possible. Food that has already been prepared or dispatched may not be eligible for a refund. For full details, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Gift Cards & Gift Boxes
Wobbly Pan gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid only within the validity period stated on the card. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift boxes, such as our wine and sangria gift boxes, are subject to availability.
Birthday Club & Promotions
Members of the Wobbly Pan Birthday Club may receive a birthday treat and exclusive deals. Each promotion follows its own mechanics, validity period, and branch participation, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
Food Allergies & Dietary Needs
Please tell our staff about any food allergies or dietary needs before ordering. Our kitchen handles common allergens such as seafood, nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely allergen-free.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including our logo, food photos, menu designs, and text, belongs to Wobbly Pan Spanish Bistro. You may not copy, reuse, or sell any content without our written permission. Please do not misuse the website or try to disrupt its operation.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to keep our website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Wobbly Pan is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
